No Show Policy
1st Time No Show – It’s on us! No worries. We all get busy and sometimes forget.
2nd Time No Show – A deposit will be required to reserve your next appointment.
3rd Time No Show – We missed you, but our stylists have been waiting. A 50% fee of the service you were scheduled to receive will be charged.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and the clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Unfortunately, when someone misses an appointment, we don’t get paid.
We call to confirm our appointments 48 hours in advance, but please understand that if we miss you, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
