No Show & Late Cancellation Policy
At Studio B Salon, our stylists reserve time exclusively for each client. Missed appointments and late cancellations directly impact their schedules and livelihood. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, we enforce the following policy.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments. Your card will only be charged if this policy is not met.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made after the 48-hour deadline will result in a fee.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees
A no-show is defined as missing your appointment without notice or arriving too late to complete the scheduled service.
1st Missed Appointment or Late Cancellation:
50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.2nd Missed Appointment or Late Cancellation:
100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.3rd Missed Appointment or Late Cancellation:
Future appointments may require a deposit or may be subject to booking restrictions.
Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment at Studio B Salon, you authorize us to charge the card on file for missed appointments or late cancellations in accordance with this policy.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy allows us to continue providing exceptional service while respecting our stylists’ time
